Assignment 2 Guidelines- Submission Deadline 16:30hours 11th May 2023
This assignment is to be written in essay format.
Critically evaluate mechanisms available for the implementation of policy. Consider the implementation strategy suited to professional practice, taking into account theory from the module and the context of leadership, complexity, cultural and engagement within healthcare teams or professional groups. Identify and justify the choice of quality improvement methodology you would recommend for implementation of the policy you have selected.
In this assignment you will need to consider the strategic implementation plan in terms of its delivery, and how it is being monitored. You will also need to consider who will review it, how and when. Take into account the multi-level nature of evaluation. This assignment also requires you to think about the setting of KPIs, and the ability to change direction when needed (flexibility and agility). You will also need to consider what steps for evaluation need in place to ensure staff are engaged in the delivery evaluation process
This assignment must be supported by relevant academic theory.
While this assignment is weighted at 50%, your marks will be out of 100%
